National Geographic Learning Webinar Topic:  Teaching to Read Non-Fiction
Speaker: Diana Golovan
Date and time: June 18, 16:00 – 17.00

Why do we read non-fiction? It expands our horizons and lets us explore the world. We can read it just for pleasure or use it in order to develop lots of useful skills such as developing independent language learning habits, critical reading and language proficiency. We can even use texts to prepare our students for exams. Let’s have a look at different tasks which can help us achieve these goals and turn reading into a meaningful and engaging process.

The webinar is conducted by ELT Consultant Ukraine in Linguist LLC, CELTA and IHYLTC certified teacher, Diana Golovan.
